NEW DRYER ALERT

Is your new dryer not working properly? Seeing a Flow Sense warning or error codes like d80, d90, or d95? These indicators point to poor exhaust venting, which causes the dryer to shut down as a safety precaution to prevent overheating and reduce the risk of fire.

This restricted airflow is often caused by:

  • Lint buildup inside the vent

  • Bird nests or other debris blocking the ductwork

  • Rodents (alive or deceased) nesting in the vent system

  • Crushed, damaged, or disconnected ductwork

  • Long vent runs with excessive 90° turns

  • Malfunctioning or blocked exterior vent cap

The dryer’s sensor system is designed to detect these issues and will trigger an alert when airflow is compromised.
